Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags remain attached and the garment is in its original, unworn state.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then attach it clearly to the front of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off & Track

  Hand your package to any Australia Post outlet and keep your tracking receipt; once received at our facility, we will process your refund or exchange within 5 business days.
